• Payment and payout details — processed by our payment provider, Stripe. Card and bank details are collected and stored by Stripe, not by us.

• Public profile data — publicly available information from the social profiles you connect or share with us, which we use to understand your work and match you with campaigns.
• Device and usage data — IP address, device and browser information, and how you interact with the Services, used to operate, secure, and improve them.

• Providing, maintaining, and improving the Services;
• Matching you with brand campaigns and preparing briefs;
• Processing transactions and payouts;
• Communicating with you about deals, your account, and the Services;
• Providing customer support;

We do not sell your personal information.

• With brands — when you agree to work on a campaign, we share what the brand needs to run it, such as your public profile, deliverables, and the content you create for that campaign.
• With service providers — companies that help us operate the Services, such as payment processing (Stripe), messaging, hosting, and analytics, under agreements limiting how they may use your data.
• For legal reasons — when required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users, the public, or Hotly, Inc.
